Guy Bentinck , , , Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Bentinck has more than 20 years experience working in the resource and mining sectors.

Mr. Bentinck previously worked for Sherritt International Corporation, where he held a number of senior executive positions. Between March 2004 and November 2007 he served as Sherritt's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During this period, he played a major role in executing Sherritt's value-creation strategy through organic growth, strategic acquisitions and balance sheet management. Subsequently, he became Senior Vice President, Capital Projects, where he led a team that oversaw Sherritt's major projects, comprising a portfolio of early-stage development and construction projects ranging between $200 million and $4 billion. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a M.A. in Accounting and Economics from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.

Petra Decher , , , Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Ms. Decher has more than 15 years of experience in the resource sector, with a focus on public reporting, corporate governance and capital markets. From 2009 to 2016, Ms. Decher was the Vice President, Finance and Assistant Secretary at Franco-Nevada Corporation, a royalty and streaming company. From 2005 to 2009, Ms. Decher was the President and CFO of Geoinformatics Exploration Inc., a junior exploration company with projects in Canada, the United States, Mexico and Australia.

Ms. Decher has a Diploma in Accountancy from McGill University, a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Andrew Squires , , Mr. , , President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Squires brings over three decades of international resource development experience in the energy and natural resources industries. In this time, he has established a proven history of success in creating strong management teams and helping grow new resource ventures into prosperous operations. His entrepreneurial spirit combined with his technical, operational, and financial knowledge have led to success in helping create value in the resource development sector. Of recent note, Mr. Squires was part of the original executive team of Osum Oil Sands Corp., a successful junior oil sands company, in which he was instrumental in creating the team and helping raise over $1 billion in private equity taking the company to commercial production. Prior to starting Osum Oil Sands, Mr. Squires worked for his own consulting firm providing services for clients including Exxon, Aera, BP, Pemex, PetroCanada, PanCanadian and Chevron. Mr. Squires' engineering and management skills were honed working for companies such as Dominion Exploration, Paramount Resources, Pioneer Natural Resources and Amoco.

Jay Hussey , , , Vice President Corporate Finance
President, Valleyfield Fertilizer Corporation

Mr. Hussey has more than 20 years experience working in the capital markets sector, with strong experience in corporate finance, communications, and regulatory matters. Mr. Hussey previously worked for Migao Corporation, where he was, among other responsabilites over a nine-year period, VP Corp. Finance and International Business Development. During this period, he played the senior role in financing the growth of Migao’s specialty fertilizer business and developing an international growth strategy. While at Migao, Mr. Hussey developed a deep knowledge and understanding of the global potash industry, specifically focused on Potassium Sulphate and Potassium Nitrate.

Ross Phillips , , , Vice President, Corporate Development and Chief Commercial Officer

Mr. Phillips has 10 years of experience in the resource and energy sectors, much of which has involved working on large-scale capital projects. From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Phillips was Senior Manager, Financial Analytics and later Director of Business Development at Capital Power Corporation, one of Canada's largest power generation companies. Prior to that time, from 2003 to 2009, Mr. Phillips held various senior roles at Sherritt International Corporation, a diversified resource company that produces thermal coal, nickel, cobalt, oil and electricity.

Mr. Phillips has a Master of Arts in Resource Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alberta and is a CFA Charterholder and Certified Management Accountant.
